Version 2.2.16 – 2026-08-04

Summary

This release enhances how orders are organized and gives your storefront more flexibility to support custom experiences — helping you tailor the shopping journey to your brand's needs.

Highlights

Better Order Organization: Orders can now be labeled with tags, making it easier to group, find, and manage them.
More Flexible Storefront: The storefront now works more smoothly with custom experiences and extensions, allowing tailored behavior without slowdowns or errors.

Changelog Added

Added

Order Tags: You can now add tags to orders to categorize and organize them — making order management, filtering, and reporting simpler and more efficient.
Smarter Custom Experiences: The storefront can now let custom features and extensions fully manage certain actions on their own. When a custom experience handles something directly, the storefront steps aside gracefully instead of running an unnecessary process — resulting in faster, smoother, and more reliable interactions.

Changed

Platform Update: Updated the underlying storefront engine to the latest version to power the improvements above.
